Birth Support

Now booking for early 2027! Limited spots available for end of 2026.

As your birth doula I will support you as you navigate pregnancy and childbirth, ensuring that the care you receive is centered around you and your birth goals by providing judgement free informational, emotional, and physical support. I want you to feel empowered and safe to birth the way you want to birth - at home, at a birth center, in a hospital - unmedicated or with an epidural - it’s your journey and I’m here to support you through it!

This includes:

  • 2-3 prenatal sessions to get to know each other, discuss birth preferences, practice comfort measures, prep for postpartum, and more (amount of prenatal sessions is based on when we begin working together and our mutual availability).

  • Phone/text/email support from the time of hire through your baby’s first birthday (or longer - I love hearing from past clients and answering questions).

  • On-call availability for labor support starting at 37 weeks.

  • Immediate postpartum support for up 2 hours at your birth location.

  • Phone photography (film/digital photography may be available soon!)

  • 1-2 (up to 2 hour long) postpartum visits to check in to see how everyone is adjusting to life at home, offer tips and tricks, and share resources as needed.

Investment: $2,800 *repeat client discount & limited sliding scale spots available

Postpartum Support

As your postpartum doula, my main goal is to help you feel supported, validated, and cared for as you transition into your new routines and roles with a new baby in your home. I love working with both first time parents and with families welcoming new siblings, as well as with families who have pets in their homes!

A postpartum shift may include some of the following:

  • newborn care and education

  • infant feeding support

  • emotional support and birth processing

  • basic household help *for daytime shifts

  • simple meal prep/assistance *for daytime shifts

Investment: $70/hour

* I typically work with families for a min of 8 hours/week for 2-6 months, overnight shifts are 9/9:30pm-5/5:30am and daytime shifts are 4-6 hours long between 8am and 4pm.

** I have very very limited overnight availability but am always happy to send names of additional overnight doulas if you reach out!
